1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website located at kreoslabs.xyz and any subdomains thereof (collectively, the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. Services Description

Kreos Labs provides consulting, creative direction, community structuring, and related growth services ("Services") for early-stage memecoin projects. The scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are defined in a separate agreement formalized between the parties.

3. Eligibility

By using the Site or engaging with Kreos Labs, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You are not located in or a citizen of any jurisdiction where the use of such services would be unlawful.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Site or provided in the course of Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information is for general informational purposes only. Kreos Labs does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to market capitalization growth, token price appreciation, or community expansion. All market-related decisions remain solely with the client.

5. Onchain Acknowledgment

Engagement with Kreos Labs is formalized via an onchain wallet signature (ECDSA). This signature verifies wallet ownership and records mutual intent. It does not transfer any funds or rights beyond those explicitly stated in the separate service agreement.

6. No Fund Custody

Kreos Labs does not hold, manage, or take custody of client funds. Any token allocation provided as compensation is subject to the vesting terms defined in the separate service agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Kreos Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables created for clients during an engagement are transferred to the client upon full execution of agreed compensation, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kreos Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Site or Services. This includes, without limitation, losses related to token price movements, network failures, wallet errors, or third-party actions.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kreos Labs, its affiliates, and its personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party platforms (Twitter, Telegram, Discord). Kreos Labs is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those platforms.

11. Modifications

Kreos Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of US. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of US.
